How to Apply

From enquiry to enrolment, simply.

Applying to St Elisabeth is straightforward, whether you have a clear programme in mind or are still exploring. This page walks you through every step — eligibility, documents, intake dates, and fees — so you arrive on day one prepared.

If at any point you have a question, our admissions team responds within 24 hours by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

The Process

5 steps to your enrolment.

  1. 01

    Enquire

Visit the campus, call, WhatsApp, or use the contact form. We will explain entry requirements, fees, payment options, and the next intake dates for the programme that interests you.

Tip — If you're unsure which programme fits, our admissions team will help you choose based on your qualifications and career goals.

  2. 02

    Submit your application

Complete the online application form on this site, or pick up a paper form at the admissions office. Either way takes about 15 minutes if you have your documents ready.

  3. 03

    Submit your documents

Bring originals and one photocopy of each document listed below. Our team will verify everything in person — usually in under 30 minutes.

  4. 04

    Pay the registration fee

Settle the one-time registration fee at the admissions desk. We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfer. A receipt is issued immediately.

  5. 05

    Enrol & start classes

Once accepted, complete the enrolment form and pay the first tuition instalment. You will receive your timetable, student ID, and a welcome pack before term begins.

Tip — Orientation week starts one week before classes. Attendance is strongly recommended — you'll meet faculty, tour facilities, and collect your materials.
